Procedures to apply and to use

1. Collect a CBC Digital application from any branch of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC or download one from this website, complete and submit it to the branch where you maintain your account.
2. After your application is processed and registered, we will issue User ID and Password.
3. We will also provide you a soft file containing the payment instructions format.
4. You can simply log on to CBC Digital and initiate transactions using any of the authorization modes (single-step, 2-step, or multi-step).
5. You can check the status of any transaction, from anywhere at any time, by simply logging into CBC Digital.

Procedures to apply and to use

Documents required : 

You can enroll in CBC Digital online without submitting any documents to the bank. However, if you want access to a joint account, you need to submit an application signed by all parties to grant permission to access the account using CBC Digital.

You may use the bank’s standard common service application (signed by all parties) for this purpose.

How to register :

• Step 1: Enter your NID or Passport and one of your bank account numbers. Tick the CAPTCHA box and click Next.
• Step 2: Enter your mobile number in the format +880XXXXXXXX and click Next.
• Step 3: You will receive a verification code on your mobile phone. Enter the code and click Next.
• Step 4: Enter a username of your choice. Read the on-screen instructions for how to choose a username.
• Step 5: Enter a password of your choice. Read the on-screen instructions for how to create a password. Re-enter the password to confirm and click Submit.
